HEIGHT AND PASSENGER RESTRICTIONS

  1. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE SKY TRAIL EXPERIENCE IS QUITE CHALLENGING AND CAN BE FRIGHTENING.

  2. SORRY BUT SKY TRAIL HAS A POLICY OF NO REFUNDS, PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE PAYING TO GO ON. THANK YOU.

  3. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE OVER 5 YEARS OF AGE.

  4. ENSURE THAT YOUR SHOES ARE CLOSED-TOED AND SECURE.

  5. OPEN TOED OR OPEN HEALED SHOES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

  6. SHOE LACES MUST BE TIED.

  7. POCKETS MUST BE EMPTY

  8. NO LOOSE OBJECTS SUCH AS CELL PHONES OR CAMERAS

  9. EYE GLASSES MUST BE SECURE

  10. OPERATORS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISPLACED PERSONAL ITEMS.

  11. NO FOOD GUM OR DRINKS ALLOWED ON ATTTRACTION.

  12. ONLY ONE PARTICIPANT ON AN ACVTIVITY AT A TIME , EXCEPT IF CHILD IS BEING ACCOMPANIED.

  13. NO RUNNING JUMPING HANGING OR HORSE PLAY

  14. OPERATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXPELL PARTICIPANTS FROM THE ATTRACTION IS EXHIBITING THIS BEHAVIOUR.

  15. SLINGLINE ROPE SHOULD STAY IN FRONT OF AND BETWEEN YOUR SHOULDER AT ALL TIMES.

  16. DO NOT TOUCH THE OVERHEAD TRACKING SYSTEM OR TAMPER WITH YOUR HARNESS OR SLINGLINE.

  17. MAXIMUM 20 MINS.

  20. PARTICIPANTS MUST SAFELY FIT IN THE HARNESS.

  22. 1.1 METRES (ACCOMPANIED WITH AN 18 OR OVER)

  23. THIS ATTRACTION IS NOT RECOMMENCED FOR GUESTS WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS, pregnancy, neck problems, back problems, heart problems, recent surgery.
